This 16 cu. in. Ceiling fan box allows you to safely install a fan or lighting fixture during construction. Ideal for installation during new construction or remodeling, it can be installed anywhere with attic access. Featuring a heavy-duty plastic, screw-mount electrical box, the ceiling fan box works with any model of ceiling fan. The pan is 1/2 in. D with side storage and includes 8-32 threads for cover plates and lightweight fixtures and 10-24 threads for ceiling fans and heavier fixtures. The box supports fans up to 70 lbs. and lighting fixtures up to 150 lbs.
